Invite a friend to the Catholic Schools Week Kick-Off Mass next Sunday, Jan. 29th, at 10:30! All OLL students who come to Mass in uniform will be rewarded with Free Dress on Monday, Jan 30th.
Please say a prayer or two for our 8th graders as they take their placement exam at the Catholic High School of their choice on Saturday, January 28th.
Also, keep our First Communion candidates in your prayers as they experience their Retreat on Saturday.
PTO’s Black & White Gala is next Saturday, Feb. 4th! For your $70 admission you get: unlimited martinis from 6:00-7:00, Dinner, Dessert, Music, Dancing, a performance by Cirque du Soleil AND the opportunity to bid on fabulous items at the Live and Silent Auction!
Stop by the elementary school and see the amazing auction baskets that our awesome Room Parents have put together! Treat yourself to an elegant evening with Mrs. Reynaga, teachers and staff, fellow OLL friends, and perfect strangers! $CRIP NEWS! Get in the habit every payday to buy $CRIP at school! It costs you nothing and OLL gets much needed $$$! $CRIP is sold every day at school and on Sundays from 9:45 – 1:45 on the church patio. Valentine’s Day is coming soon!! Mad Science classes begin Friday Feb. 10th, for a six week session. The theme is NASA: Academy of Future Space Explorers. Classes are after school from 1:30-2:30 for students in grades K-6 in the first grade classroom. Participants may attend ACE for FREE in order to eat their lunch after school. It’s that time of year again! We will have nominations for the PARENT/TEACHER ORGANIZATION BOARD (PTO) at the General Meeting on Feb. 15th. Do you have ideas for fundraisers, social events, Academic Decathlon, or for our school in general? Let your voice be heard! Join the PTO Board! Pre-K, Kindergarten and First Grade parents, this is a great opportunity to meet other parents! We need new people with new ideas.
