A fashion apparel and jewelry sample sale event is happening again at the Andrade home.

The event will take place on:

– Thursday, December 15 from 6pm-10pm

– Friday, December 16 from 4pm-10pm


Bring your friends for an evening or two of fashion shopping, appetizers, beverages, and holiday cheer.

The Andrade family will be donating 20% of the proceeds to the OLL 8th grade class.
Please RSVP and let us know if you can join us for this holiday event.

Congratulations to Mrs. Ercek who welcomed a new grandson into her family this past Tuesday. Clayton Alex Arndt was born at 4:21 pm weighing in at 7 lbs 12 oz and measuring 20 ½ inches long. Welcome little Lion!


ADVENT CONCERT is Wednesday, December 16th at 7:00 p.m. in the church.  Invite your relatives and friends! Dress code for students is Dressy Dress (unless told otherwise by their teacher). Please no jeans. Students should meet their teachers in the auditorium at 6:45. Thanks, Ms. Newkirk and teachers for preparing our song angels for this concert!


Join us Friday, December 16th at 8:30 a.m. for Mass.  There is 12:30 dismissal for Christmas Vacation.  Morning Day Care only on this day!  No ACE after school.


OLL Rose Cottage Preschool is thankful for the generous support from Brewyard Beer Company LLC  in Glendale. This Saturday as they celebrate their One Year Anniversary, proceeds from their Silent Auction and Raffle will go towards fundraising for our preschool! We hope to raise enough funds for necessary repairs and updates. There are many great prizes to bid on! We hope to see you! Please feel free to share this event with family and friends. Simbang Gabi is Sunday, December 18th, at 6:00. Come and join our parish Filipino cultural Advent celebration! Fellowship immediately following Mass in the auditorium.


Children’s Liturgy will be at 4:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve.  Students interested in having a part in the Mass must attend rehearsal on Thursday, December 22, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the church.


Beginning Monday, morning ACE will begin at 7am due to the lack of need for a 6:45amopen time. If you need to drop off your child earlier than 7am, please let Mrs Reynaga know the day before. She will be happy to be down in Dekat Hall at 6:45 if there is a need.


Thank you to Nana, Mrs DeGuzman, and the many parent volunteers for making the Christmas Store so magical for the students.



CATHOLIC SCHOOL  RAFFLE is this Sunday, December 11th. Turn your ticket stubs in to Mrs. Reynaga at church before the 10:30 Mass


A glimpse into the new year… Do you know someone looking for a school to enroll their children for the 2017-2018 school year?  Invite them to call the office and schedule a tour.  Spread the word!  If you know a family looking for the highest quality Catholic education in a safe, loving and faith-filled environment, invite them to this event.


Service Hours check.  How are YOU doing with volunteering your 50 hours of service to our school? Don’t get caught short! Each unfulfilled Service hour is billed at $20.00 per hour.  We really need Bingo workers on Fridays and Mondays from 6-10 pm. Upcoming opportunities include PTO Black and White Gala in February and Family Fun Days in May.  Call event chairpersons or send a note to the office to inquire about these activities.


Mad Science is offered afterschool beginning January 27th. See attached flier.


Pizza hot lunch will be offered on January 5th. See the attached flier for details.


CARDIO CLUB will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only from Jan-February. Cardio Club begins Tuesday, January 3rd. Our elementary PE teacher, Mrs. Peterson, will supervise any student in gr. K-8 who wants to walk laps on the upper playground after school for cardiovascular conditioning and exercise. Parents are welcome, too! It’s free and fun! Adults are needed to help set out cones for the course and to log laps. Each participant’s miles will be charted. How far can you walk this spring? Permission Slip is attached. Please return it next week! Parent volunteers may go online to to sign up for helping mark the number of laps each participant achieves.
